how we repair diamond cut wheels
This type of finish is becoming a regular feature with many manufacturers and can easily become damaged.
The repair process involved for a Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel /Diamond Polished Alloy Wheel finish is aptly named due to the Diamond tip used to cut the face of the wheel.
First of all in the repair procedure is the wheel is primed and painted; we then probe the face of the wheel to map it out on the computer.
This mapping allows the lathe to cut away a very fine slither exposing the bare metal, thus producing a 2 toned effect.
The wheel is then powder coated in lacquer and baked to a super hard finish. We can match any colour and can even invent colours if you so wish! This can be done during your Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel Repair. we are based in Horley but cover Surrey,Sussex,Kent,London, we offer a collection and return service it don't get much easier than that.
To control the color or size of this text, please change the global colors or text size under the Design section from the left menu of the editor.

Corrosion is bubbling, flaking & popping of the paint work. Sometimes creates a white milky effect around the centre caps, if not treated it will spread all over the wheel and possibly lead to eating into the cast of your alloys.
It can also cause loss of tyre pressure round the valve caps and cause the tyre not to seal properly.
