How we smart repair your scuffed wheels

On arrival of our mobile unit the technician will require access to electricity with his 25m cable, suitable parking for his van & your locking wheel nut so he can remove the wheel from the vehicle.
Process:
1 - He will remove your alloy wheel from the vehicle
2- The tyre is pushed back from the front face so he has access to the whole face of the wheel
3- The technician will sand out the kerbing damage using various grades of sand paper
4- The primer is applied
5- The basecoat matching wheel colour is applied & dried
6- We then apply a full 2k acrylic lacquer
7- The tyre is re inflated and returned to the vehicle
We are based in Horley but we cover Surrey, Sussex, Kent, London & we also offer a collection and return service.

Here at Wheel Doctor Crawley we offer a full factory finish where your wheels will be completely stripped/dipped, all damage removed and powder coated. This is the only repair that will get rid of your corrosion.
Corrosion is bubbling, flaking & popping of the paint work. Sometimes creates a white milky effect around the centre caps, if not treated it will spread all over the wheel and possibly lead to eating into the cast of your alloys.
It can also cause loss of tyre pressure round the valve caps and cause the tyre not to seal properly.
